Uladzislau Savin was born on August 18, 1978. In the spring of 2020, he joined Viktar Babaryka's initiative group. After the 2020 presidential elections, he took part in protests in Minsk.
Uladzislau Savin was arrested on political grounds in April 2021 and was later sentenced to 8 years in a medium-security colony.
