Siarhei Korshun was born on March 21, 1978. He served in the police for ten years and left the service more than ten years ago with the rank of captain. Before his arrest, he was a blogger for the Army with the People Telegram channel.
Siarhei was arrested in 2020, before the elections, for running the Telegram channel. The political prisoner was sentenced to 4.5 years in prison. In addition, Sergei was stripped of his rank of a reserve police captain.
