Liavon Khalatran was born on March 27, 1986. He ran a bar in Minsk. In the spring of 2020, Liavon joined Viktar Babaryka's headquarters as a volunteer.
Liavon was detained after the 2020 elections on charges of participating in “mass riots.” He was sentenced to two years of restricted freedom. Liavon Khalatran has served his sentence in full and is free.
